Our client services representatives spend their days assisting customers on the phones. As a multi-payer solution, you can imagine the variety of questions they field each day. If you’re new to healthcare, it can feel like a lot of information to learn. Luckily, we provide extensive training for our Availity Client Services team and have recently streamlined our calls to make sure that associates are confident and ready for their respective queues.
Great advice! Our teams are working to improve our products every day. Meeting directly with our customers and users, we are routinely implementing meaningful changes to enhance their experience. Overall, Availity products score very high in customer satisfaction, but we will continue to refine and improve.
