Pros

Company has opportunities for individuals across the the organization to contribute and make a difference in a growing industry and company. There is a positive energy to push for results and high expectations that people will deliver on commitments. I view this as a positive as people encouraged to produce their best work and be innovative in the approach. Great overall benefits, work-life balance, and nice perks ($300.00 wellness credit, lots of opportunities for community/charity involvement, and frequent fun events).

Cons

The work is challenging; this isn't the place for those who aren't seeking some challenges. For the right individuals, it's an excellent place to work.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We value being able to make a difference within our industry/community and are proud of our employee’s dedication to community involvement. Our goal is to have healthy business/healthy bodies and extend this to our communities. We do have high expectations and are proud to have a group of talented individuals who move our company to the forefront of our industry. We also like to have fun and use social media to connect. We’ll work to keep Senior Leaders involved but not sure they can top the recent ALS Ice Bucket Challenge on Facebook. Thanks again for writing a glowing review!

Pros

Great culture and people. As long as you’re doing your job and producing, I have not run into any micromanaging etc. work life balance is awesome

Cons

Silo’s are common but getting better each day. That can happen with remote companies. Lots of new products and changes with new leadership etc so need to adapt
