Pros

The company has shown that it truly values its employees and is one of the most transparent organizations I've ever been involved with in regards to sharing information across the company. The team is extremely supportive of each other and everyone makes time to share, provide feedback and create a positive experience. Engage with as many people as you can.

Cons

There is a lot to learn and if you have no experience in this industry, plan on giving yourself some time to understand. Onboarding completely remotely can be challenging if you don't have a lot of experience with the various platforms that are utilized.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review and for sharing your positive experience at Availity! We often talk about improving collaboration for our customers, but collaboration is also essential for our teams. Our associates work closely together, and many have formed lasting bonds and friendships. We know that healthcare is complicated, so we encourage new associates to ask questions and remind them to give themselves some grace when getting up to speed. We offer several different training opportunities for new associates and work to improve our training based on all the great feedback. We’re so glad to have you on the team and wish you a long successful career here!

Pros

Great culture and people. As long as you’re doing your job and producing, I have not run into any micromanaging etc. work life balance is awesome

Cons

Silo’s are common but getting better each day. That can happen with remote companies. Lots of new products and changes with new leadership etc so need to adapt
