Pros

It's a paycheck but nothing more. You can get something better somewhere else.

Cons

They advertise the "Certified Great Place to Work" certification like it means so much to the entire world but they don't try to make it a Great Place to Work. The survey used to obtain the certification only includes positive answers in the results so really it's a fake certification to go along with the fake management and fake CEO. Also, the CEO brags about himself too much and how much money he has and how much he donates to charity. They will continue to bug everyone to donate money all the time like employees really have extra money to give away like the CEO. It's good to dontate but I don't want to hear how much money the CEO has and he also needs to stop acting like the employees have that same amount of money.

Availity Response

Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. Your feedback is essential, but unfortunately, your comments aren't very constructive for making measured improvements. Availity is much more than just a paycheck for most of our associates. For many, it's the start of a long and successful career in healthcare. And our Great Places to Work™ certification is legit. The designation comes from actual anonymous associate surveys administered annually by a third party. Our only influence over the results is to build an exceptional work environment and culture where associates can grow and thrive. There are so many reasons to enjoy working at Availity. From health benefits, 401K matching, and unlimited PTO to wellness and career development opportunities, associate recognition and rewards programs, and more. We have several talented leaders at Availity, including our CEO, Russ Thomas. Russ is another reason to love Availity. He is a highly respected leader in our industry and beloved by many at Availity. In a very competitive and technical sector driven by innovation, Russ has always prioritized people and relationships. Integrity is priority number one because walking the talk builds trust. And he firmly believes that you cannot succeed in business without trust--from associates, clients, and business partners. Philanthropy is important to Russ, but it's also a vital part of our culture at Availity, and we wouldn't want it any other way. We are sorry that your time with us was not a positive experience, and we hope you can find success and balance in your future roles.

Great culture and people. As long as you’re doing your job and producing, I have not run into any micromanaging etc. work life balance is awesome

Cons

Silo’s are common but getting better each day. That can happen with remote companies. Lots of new products and changes with new leadership etc so need to adapt
