Pros

Vacation time, working remote, flexibility

Cons

Low pay (not keeping even up with inflation), lots of people quitting & getting hired to refill positions (new training needed for them, long gaps in-between), apparently some nepotism (some people you really see them being promoted way up quickly, you wonder why), no transparency on career advancement requirements

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. When we talk about compensation, we encourage associates to consider total rewards, which includes our annual bonus program and a full suite of benefits. Our unlimited PTO program for exempt associates and generous PTO accrual program for our nonexempt associates is just one of those benefits we offer to allow our team to relax and recharge throughout the year. Anyone can be successful at Availity, and we love to promote from within. We offer opportunities such as working with your manager on individualized development plans (IDPs) to map out the growth path and our Passport Program, which allows associates in our Contact Center to job shadow in other areas of the business. We are proud to have multi-generational family members working here; it truly speaks to our Great Places to Work recognition if you invite your family and friends to join us. Everyone is held accountable for their performance, and individuals are promoted based on their contributions and success. Please look at our open positions and reach out to the hiring manager or your HR business partner to let them know you're interested in the role or if you would like to discuss career development opportunities. Again, thank you for writing your review. Please make sure you speak with your manager about your concerns. With open and inclusive dialog, we can resolve many issues.

Pros

Great culture and people. As long as you’re doing your job and producing, I have not run into any micromanaging etc. work life balance is awesome

Cons

Silo’s are common but getting better each day. That can happen with remote companies. Lots of new products and changes with new leadership etc so need to adapt
