Pros

Some of the nicest people. Great PTO.

Cons

Culture is being destroyed by a select few people in the C-suite who are toxic and treat the place like their personal sandbox. Seriously, one has a "list" of people who made them mad, and usually these people end up gone within 6 months. Turnover is constant at that level as they can't get along. Favoritism - The same people get promoted over and over and over again. Lack of ownership - everyone tries to pass off their work to someone else.

Pros

Great culture and people. As long as you’re doing your job and producing, I have not run into any micromanaging etc. work life balance is awesome

Cons

Silo’s are common but getting better each day. That can happen with remote companies. Lots of new products and changes with new leadership etc so need to adapt

Pros

Lots of chances for growth internally if you’re willing to grind and make connections. Most people are collaborative and generally the culture among individual contributors is good. Lots of good job perks. Fully WFH for most roles.

Cons

Compensation will almost always be below industry standard. Recent leadership changes are killing morale and the culture is definitely shifting. Lots of siloing and lack of transparency between teams.
