There are soooo many but a few of them are:
1) The leadership absolutely sucks big time! They are not open to ideas or feedback. They literally pull you down and if you're top performer then they will make you doubt yourself so much so that you would think of that resignation letter each and every day.
2) Total and clear biasness / favoritism: The managers are openly biased to some team members who don't even perform that well but just because they keep their mouth shut and follow them blindly, they are the favorites.
3) Too many internal changes: They will dissolve your role and tell you that you have a dip in your salary package overnight without any warning or discussions. They will expect you to adapt and change your plans according to their whims and fancies.
4) Extremely toxic work culture: The manager himself engages in gossip within the team. They keep track of the number of breaks you take and call you out every time you get up from your desk. Too much micro managing and too stressful to survive. You literally have to think twice even to go to the bathroom!
5) Incompetent Leadership and management: The company if full of incompetent leaders who do not foster a growth and development environment for their team. Instead, they will bring the employee down to their knees. And growth? what's that? lol.
