      - Lots of PTO - Okay sick leave time - Christmas - New Years closure - Cool projects to work on

      - Lack of alignment in leadership makes it hard to get ahead or even get clear on what the expectations of the job are - Witnessed multiple microaggressions toward POC - Burn out is high among myself and other coworkers - Insurance plans are not great
