Pros
Pay was pretty good, as were the benefits. Most of my co-workers much of management seemed like good folks.
Cons
They play favorites there. They hire refugees, and a lot of them are not proficient in English, nor do any of them have relevant manufacturing experience. Kind of insulting to those of us who have invested a lot of time, money, class time, etc., in our skills sets. I heard it used to be a great place to work when it was Nemcomed. It's turned into just another corporate environment owned by a holding company, like so many other manufacturing firms these days. I wish them well, but I'm much happier working for a company that doesn't play corporate games, and isn't growing so fast that they hire lots of people who aren't qualified to work in a precision machining environment..
