I was employed as permanent and had an onsite project so after my interview i went directly onsite as a consultant with the client. Once the project is about to get over they dont find another project for you and ask to put down papers. As project is getting over if you put down papers you will not get paid for leaves, so your last month salary will be less as they will deduct unnecessary money.
