Pros
1. Flexible Work timings 2. Salary is "OK" 3. This is a Software Company, Having Internal Hiring, Client Hirings. 4. Live Internal Projects is going on. That's it I didn't see any Pros here
Cons
1. No Team Leader & Team Manager 2. Don't have any Clarification on Requirements. 3. Management is not Responsible for any thing. 4. If they not need any Consultant and Candidate they will remove immediatley 6. Careless ness for Incentives 7. Mainly in the Recruitment they will tell only we need Clouser from your Side & We will not disturb you for a Month if you do work or not. But Actually it will not happen to any one. Always keep the Profiles in Backup but it will not use for the Futher.
