Pros
It is a company exploding with energy. New ideas and innovations constantly with a clear vision. Working here feels like working on a rocketship, every few weeks I look around and see that everything has leveled up and everyone is working on achieving the next milestone. I don't think I have learned this much, this fast since I was in school.
Cons
Everyone is given a lot of autonomy and expectations are pretty high. This is not a place for someone who wants to clock in and do their assignments and leave. No matter if you are an intern or a VP you are expected to contribute new ideas and be able to execute on them. This could be overwhelming for some personality types.
