      On-site office hours are wonderful, and compensation is good. It isn't the worst company to work for.

      Cons

      There has been a big shift in senior management that in the last 8 months which is causing concerns with the on-site teams. Pay is ok not great but not bad either.

      Very little to no training for supervisors. The expectations not meeting with reality. Very little support. Workloads are harder to manage. A very stressful work environment.
