Pros
The company offers excellent work-life balance with reasonable hours and respect for personal time. The culture is very supportive and family-oriented, making it a pleasant environment to work in daily. It is an ideal place for entry-level engineers to gain foundational experience and learn the industry ropes without high-pressure demands.
Cons
The Engineering role here functions primarily as advanced maintenance support rather than true design engineering. There are very few opportunities for new designs; the workflow consists largely of 'copy and paste' solutions for existing systems.
The business caters mainly to large food manufacturers, but the scope is often limited to minor OT changes and small projects. Unfortunately, success on these projects relies heavily on previous institutional knowledge rather than clear documentation. Additionally, the schedule is bogged down by a high volume of internal meetings.
