I consider Avangarde to be a good company, especially for beginners, where you can improve your skills and work on interesting projects, enabling you to make meaningful contributions

No cons from my perspective

Supportive work environment. Lot of support to inovate and implement your ideas. Management close to people and easy to talk to. Managers focus on personal growth & career development for all colleagues. Working with new technologies. Easy job transition and communication from higher-ups.

Nothing to add here, if you speak out you can get anything, but it will take a little bit of time because it's a medium-sized company
