      My direct hiring manager was amazing and the team I worked with was great. The Product is good

      Cons

      Ceo/president does not communicate expectations- no work life balance no support from Upper management turnover is high no job stability can be fired at anytime without cause or warning expectations not set toxic work environment, owner does not care about anything but money .

      Work/Life balance is awesome banking hours no nights or weekends!! Opportunity for growth within company and territory. Great salary plus uncapped commission.

      None that I can address. It is a relatively new company so expect some changes.
