      Pros

      Met some really great people there. Got tons of experience in sales/customer service. Great opportunity for growth and a fun environment.

      Cons

      You are told that you will be making way more than you actually do and you work 70+ hours a week. It’s all commission and most employees are struggling to pay rent, but are told to “not let it affect your attitude.” You also have to tell interviews and new starts that you are never worried about money. If you do borrow enough money from your little brother or your mom you could make it to manager , where you run your own office. (well kind of you still answer to someone) . I still don’t know how much money managers make, it’s a “?”. But it can’t be too much if you have to take business trips in a van and chip in 20 bucks for gas.

      Pros

      The company cultural was amazing. Everyone there was so welcoming and ready to lend a hand. I've worked in a few other sales/marketing companies where the best people don't share what they're doing with anyone else to keep them at the top. Here, it was the complete opposite everyone helped me. The position gave me an opportunity to work on my public speaking skills, I got to do a few presentations to employees. I even got the opportunity to lead a sale team. We had the option to go on a business trip out of sate and I was selected to be in charge. It was such a fun opportunity, definitely showed me I have a lot to work on.

      Cons

      We do work longer hours with all the personal development that we do. The position is for someone who is looking for a change, not a 9-5 clock in clock out role.
