This company is making positive impacts on the environment with its water treatment systems and waste containment technologies. Projects are diverse and interesting. You will be doing different types of engineering work and interacting with different types of people, so it's not boring. You'll get to see your designs being built in person and engage in their fabrication. There are a lot of smart people to learn from. Work schedules can be flexible as long as you show productivity.

Can be very stressful sometimes because of workloads. Fewer PTOs than other companies. Some people in the shop may be very difficult to work with at first. Collaborate and be patient with them, they will look after you and provide constructive feedback.

Understanding of work/life balance. Overtime is available at times.

Can get very busy and stressful at times. Sometimes seems to be a lack of communication between management and staff.
