Pros
Super simple work. One could do this job in their sleep. They really don't expect much from their employees so if you're fine just chilling and looking at a computer all day you're good.
Cons
You get treated differently once you get promoted. It's easy to see that those who have slightly higher positions don't really have the same rules as the regular grunts.
