The people of AvantGuard show the values of We Care First. They listen and they work with you. They make sure that you are provided with every tool to learn and grow. AvantGuard has thought me how to really love and care for the elderly. The leadership at AvantGuard is especially amazing as each person has a coach who they can rely on and learn from. They are an instant friend. They provide you with safety where you can be you. AvantGuard cares first.

Cons

Because there are so many people and you are at your own desks it can get hard sometimes to get to know everyone.
