the staff i work with my direct management team work load as able to keep busy my managers are very understanding and work with you. the pay is fair .

Cons

pay is not s competitive as it could be. can get overwhelmingly busy in the peak times but this is to be expected

UK finance team has zero management skills and people skills. Many people have left the business because of him, highlighted multiple times to HR, yet he still remains?!

Pros

Fair employer with kind helpful people. The benefits package is good and the possibility for hybrid working makes life a bit more flexible, Management genuinely seem to car about the people on their team. The ability to learn and develop your skills through training with other departments is readily available.

Cons

The pay is not as competitive as it could be. There is no clear progression opportunities for anyone wanting to work their way up within a team, some teams are under staffed for the level of work required and the IT systems are all very basic, leading to work needing to be duplicated from one system to another often. Information on the systems is also not always accurate, the job would be significantly improved if the data we hold was reliable.
