      Company Culture is great, they work hard on making sure you feel connected with everyone at the company.

      Cons

      Pay could be better. Not as transparent as I would like when it comes to the profits the company makes as there is a profit sharing program.

      Avanti is an employee focused organization that puts its people first. The emphasis on the value of our DNA, our core values, and our rules of engagement create a foundation for a great culture. Avanti offers opportunities for both personal and professional growth and has been the perfect place to develop my career.

      Cons

      Avanti could benefit from expanding their paid holidays (currently only 7), as well as keeping a closer eye on individual workload as work ebbs and flows to challenging levels at times.
