Pros
Remote work. The only real positive was the people. The incredible team that used to be here. Avanti once attracted genuinely kind, talented individuals who made the chaos bearable. Most have since left, but the friendships built will last far longer than the company does.
Cons
The best leadership this company ever had was around 2023/2024 but they were all driven out by the CEOs. There used to be two, one has since moved on, which was a huge mistake. Not that he was great, but at least there was another voice in the room to counterbalance the chaos. Since then, it’s been toxic and harmful. What’s left is a senior team that thrives on gossip, covers up abusive behavior, and has repeatedly ‘resolved’ serious issues by silencing people instead of addressing the problems.
