      Community and mission of the school is great. Staff were great to work with. Students were great.

      Pay was on the low end with limited resources. Often had to work multiple roles when they went unfilled.

      Cons

      A culture of fear, you can lose your job at any moment for no reason. Favoritism and absentee senior staff. They’ll fire a dedicated employee for no reason then go to Church confession so they feel better about themselves.
