Leadership preaches moving decision-making closer to the actual decision itself. They preach moving fast, being innovative, and giving employees the ability to own projects. In reality, leadership still decides everything. They said we’d have more money with TPG backing… then why are budgets cut? They said we’d move faster, it’s been WAY slower and way more red tape than when we were with Sabre. I didn’t think that was possible!
