My experience working under the current leadership—specifically the Director(Shiva shekar), CEO (emanuel bominguesh), and Quality Controller(sanket mashurkar)—has been deeply disappointing and concerning from both a professional and ethical standpoint. Lack of Professionalism and Knowledge One of the most significant issues is the evident lack of understanding of modern technologies and private sector standards. The leadership team appears to be out of touch with current industry practices, resulting in poor decision-making, outdated workflows, and a general inefficiency across departments. Rather than seeking guidance or encouraging innovation, they tend to dismiss new ideas and discourage constructive feedback. Behavior and Conduct Unfortunately, the workplace environment is negatively affected by their behavior. The leadership team demonstrates a consistent lack of basic respect and empathy for employees. Communication is often rude, dismissive, or demeaning, creating a toxic culture that undermines morale and stifles collaboration. There is a noticeable absence of professionalism and humanity in how they handle interpersonal situations. Quality and Oversight Issues The Quality Controller in particular lacks the critical skills and attention to detail needed for the role. Quality assurance processes are either poorly implemented or neglected altogether, leading to subpar deliverables and recurring issues that compromise client satisfaction and internal standards. Final Thoughts It is extremely disappointing to see a leadership team so disconnected from the values and competencies that drive a successful private sector organization. Until there is a significant change in attitude, leadership, or structure, the company is unlikely to reach its potential—or retain its talent.
