Literally I can’t think of one thing at all.

It’s clear they have asked employees to write good reviews. This place is full of toxic people and no career development at all. The culture is terrible and very corporate. You’d be lucky to get a conversation out of someone. There’s one woman who think she owns the place and says disgusting remarks when senior management aren’t around, then acts all professional when they are. Backstabbing place, you can’t trust anyone there. Stay clear! P.s - I don’t even think the CEO has any idea how toxic his stakeholders are.

only one manager there gives you the time of day.

blimey where do i start. probation period is 6-9 months. new sales on any team whether thats natax sse or ise, arnt elegible for comission for this time. part of a growth by sharing scheme, so will be around 10-12 months from starting until any commission/money is given. more managers than staff. no one wants to work there. If they get audited they will lose their licenses
