Pros

1. Excellent place to start the career as a beginner if you are an Embedded system enthusiast. 2. Exposure to work on wide variety of Microcontrollers and the development work takes up from the scratch and you will get a lot of things to learn. 3. CEO is a very friendly, encouraging. 4. CTO is highly approachable, technically very strong and helpful. 5. Founders of this company are from very strong corporate backgrounds. They have thorough understanding of the technology, industry and the market. They are passionate about what they are doing

Cons

Cons 1. This company is good only for freshers that too for a period of less than 2 years. 2. Salary is the major disaster. Compensation is no way near to industry standards. Zero employee benefits, hike and promotion are just a dream. 3. Untimely salaries. They give salaries whenever they want. 4. Unnecessary recruitment. Sometimes it feels like they just want to increase the head count, no matter how good or bad the candidate is. 5. Scope of the project will be very less. Many projects in this company are interesting during development and we can learn the technology but when we see it as a product to be sold, then it doesn't looks unique. 5. Horrible work life balance. Late night work, working on weekends, 24*7 shift is the most common thing here. Some managers are not able balance their work and personal life. They will be off during weekdays, they work on weekends and ask their associates to join them which is really frustrating. 6. Groupism, favoritism and internal politics works a lot here. Many under qualified employees claim themselves as CEO's here. They are getting more benefits than real hard working employees. 7. Many employees are working here just because they cannot survive anywhere else in the corporate industry.
