Pay is lower than industry standard. They do not offer cost of living increases. Smaller credit union so they cannot offer some of the things they would like to for their employees.

Get you foot in the door for banking

Unless you are a favorite you get nowhere. Management has their favorites and it shows. Most of the time the branch managers don’t even know what they are doing.
