Pros
Frequent travel for conference producers, decent sales incentive. Almost everyone is in a sales role so the remuneration is decent if you perform well.
Cons
Everyone’s roles are in sales, even marketing (even though job scope doesn’t state as such). Firing people left and right doesn’t help with staff morale. Favouritism shown everywhere, if you’re not one of the ‘chosen ones’, don’t think about staying long term.
