Pros

Some talented and hardworking colleagues.

Cons

Terrible Management: The management team is disorganized and lacks the necessary skills to lead effectively. Decisions are often made on a whim without considering the broader implications for the team or the company. Poor Company Policy: The company policies are outdated and not enforced consistently. This leads to confusion and frustration among employees who are trying to follow the rules. Lack of Clear Direction: There is no clear vision or strategic direction. The company shifts priorities constantly, making it difficult to stay focused and motivated. No Work-Life Balance: The expectations are unrealistic, and the workload is overwhelming. Employees are expected to work long hours regularly, with no consideration for personal time or well-being. Improper Hiring Practices: The hiring process is deeply flawed. Many new hires are labeled as "experts" but lack the skills and experience to perform their tasks effectively. This results in a significant amount of rework and wasted effort. Dysfunctional HR Department: The HR department is practically non-existent. The onboarding and offboarding processes are a mess, with no clear procedures in place. When desperate, the company resorts to tricking new employees by issuing confirmation letters, only to trap them into a 90-day notice period.

Pros

I’m writing this review as a current employee to share an honest perspective for anyone considering joining. Some of the recent overly positive reviews do not reflect the day-to-day reality many employees experience here. It feels like there has been a sudden push to improve the company’s online image, but job seekers deserve transparency before making an important career decision. Pros Opportunity to gain exposure to the existing project environment. Can be a place to observe how corporate dynamics and stakeholder management work in practice. Salary may arrive on time depending on the role and engagement. A learning experience in understanding what type of work culture to avoid in future career choices.

Cons

Work culture can feel highly toxic and mentally exhausting. Internal politics often overshadows actual work, collaboration, and growth. Professional development takes a backseat compared to managing interpersonal conflicts. Instead of focusing on skill-building, employees may find themselves dealing with unnecessary tension and power struggles. Limited project diversity, with very little room to explore different technologies or business domains. Peace of mind and work satisfaction can be heavily affected over time. Leadership should focus more on improving employee experience rather than trying to improve ratings through suspiciously positive reviews.

Pros

1) Fast-Paced Growth: Plenty of room for career progression for those who are driven and prepared. 2) Inclusive Opportunity: Opportunities are granted based on merit and readiness, supporting both experienced staff and young talents. 3) Culture of Learning: Excellent support for upskilling, including full Udemy access and sponsorship for professional certification exams. 4) Tech-Forward: A great place for those interested in the latest tech, specifically in the AI space.

Cons

Working across multiple time zones and cultures requires a lot of adaptability and patience. While the company is innovative, there is a need to ensure that the entire workforce is aligned with a proactive, forward-thinking mindset to avoid silos or traditional ways of working that might slow down progress.
