Stay away from dock because they look for stuff to whine, and compliain about. This is normal for dock at freight companies.

Decent medical benefits, Not much more

Low pay, No oversight of management some can be rude and disrespectful. The company does not like to spend money. They brag about having service centers to park but many are old, outdated, and don't have showers.
