Pros
Startup-esque office with many knowledgeable employees. The whole office is clearly passionate about the hospitality industry. The center of the office is the kitchen, which is a great place to get to know your coworkers and have events (cook offs, tastings, etc). The location of the office is also nice and is around a lot of restaurants (many that use Avero).
Cons
There was a lot of drama in the office. Members of the senior team gossiped about their employees and things that were "confidential" were anything but. The company also claims to be very transparent, but I found that many employees were in the dark about most things. Overall a very uncomfortable environment.
