Pros

All good post very often is posted by insider and management just to avoid bad reviews and suppress bad reviews and attract new people. In a matter of 1 week there are 3 new good posts to cover up their black spots...After this bad post they will add another 4 reviews to cover up. This is management strategy.

Cons

All good posts are FAKE and insider Job. You can expect all bad and negative post due to the way you treat people very inhuman. First learn how to respect people and their abilities and come out of dirty politics and get rid of informers, pimps from your company who pretend as if they know everything and finally do nothing and create politics in office and make people leave company. Just because you are sitting in US it does not mean you can behave badly with people. It is not office it is prison....People please don't ever join this company to get thrown out shortly without any reason and any notice....It is real don't go by rosy posts by management it is FAKE and FAKE AND FAKE THIS COMPANY WILL NOT GROW AND THEY WILL NOT LET WORK AND CREATE POLITICS AND FORCE U TO GO OUT...

Avertra Response
7y
It's unfortunate that this past employee is unable to accept responsibility for his lack of professionalism, performance and inexcusable mistreatment of women in the workplace. Fortunately, this has not hindered Avertra's ability to attract and keep top talent! Avertra is EXTREMELY proud of our stance on the empowerment of women and appreciate the recognition of such. We do not condone the use of foul language against or hateful attitude towards, any woman, or of any of our staff members, at any time. Avertra retains the highest caliber employees and enjoys an extremely low turnover ratio. If someone is asked to leave they simply have not met the standards we require. Avertra always wishes our past employees much success in their future endeavors and we hope that this person will be able to move past his perceived experience and learn how to conduct himself in a manner that is appropriate to embrace diversity in the workforce.

Pros

Like some of the other posts here mention - if you have the right mindset , emotional balance , drive , and passion to be part of something bigger than just your self then Avertra is the perfect match. This little company has impacted the lives of millions of people and still going. 1 year at Avertra is 2-3 years at any other company but not many people are built to handle this. All the negative reviews you see here are of low quality former employees that could not keep up with the speed of the growth , the demand of our customers , and the expectations of the communities we support.

Cons

- fast growth which isn’t usual for normal people - multinational team which mean you really need to invest your time to research and understand different cultures - tough customers. Avertra always finds customers who need lots of help which can be frustrating - time zones . We have to support different customer from all around the world - work from home. The company wants to bring back work from office to help drive more collaboration and higher quality of output . Very simple if you are a weak minded person that is overly emotional and with a big ego then Avertra is not the right company for you as it will humble you very quickly and you might not be ready for the truth that you are not as strong or as good as you think you are.

Pros

You will get used to bullying and lies, also you will forget what weekend or holidays mean!

Cons

Wherever your path crosses with them, think twice. In my experience, this is a company that mainly focuses on taking rather than giving back to employees. There is no clear strategy or real vision. Things feel unstructured and reactive rather than planned. Despite presenting themselves as a big and established organization, internally it often feels like a mess. They are not really performing strongly in either the States or the MENA region, and there is a gap between how they position themselves and the reality on the ground. Whatever your experience, they will shift your focus from growth and development to survival in their environment. Overall, from what I have seen, it is one of the most unorganized environments I have worked with.
