Management is great at Avery Dennison. Its a great place to gain experience as an intern. They are very understanding to college students as you will get challenging work but they will never give you something you cant handle.

Location is a little tough having to move to miamisburg, but other than that it is great.

Robust safety culture and a genuine compassion to expand skill sets. BUT If i ever had a family emergency pop up. Avery was understanding a flexible. It didnt always mean that it was without consequence but Avery really knows that we are working to take care of those we love and sometimes emergencies and crap happen and that kind of stuff needs to be handled.

Its a manual labor job and that can wear on you and the rotating dupont can be rough on a lot of people.
