This company was recently acquired but you wouldn’t know it. The parent company lends support and resources, allowing the organization to continue to operate in a manner that is good for employees, customers and the organization. They understand how important work/life balance is and encourage employees to put family first. The organization takes a genuine interest in employees and strives to put them in positions where they will succeed.
Cons
Communication is a challenge due to the growth and acquisition, I have witnessed valuable efforts to improve this. The medical benefits could be better.
