Terrible - Customer Service Representative Avets Employee Review

None that I can think of.

Some of the people working here are unbelievably kind and most people working here are extremely talented. The training they do here is thorough and they will make sure you know what you're doing.

Quite a few people are cliquey, rude, and will talk behind your back. Management and trainers will not correct your mistakes until meetings, where they will proceed to throw everything you did wrong in your face. Criticism is not constructive and they will intentionally word things to hurt your feelings. Tasteless, rude language- lots of badmouthing owners and patients in the back. Overall a very negative environment with poor communication. Completely destroyed any bit of confidence I had and messed with my mental health. Pay is also ABYSMAL for a company that makes so much money. I left the veterinary field for good as a result of how bad this experience was.
