Avetta is a remote first company. If you're not near the 12 global locations, it may feel difficult to feel part of something great. You do have to make that extra effort to get to know people online. Avetta went through multiple acquisitions. Institutional knowledge is sparse, sometimes the work you do does look like reinventing the wheel. Building muscle memory to reach out to others for a better background and perspective on whats transpired may serve you better in your role.
