Management has no human relations skills and will belittle you. Extremely low pay with no raises for years with excellent performance. Will deny you vacation time over and over again while the favorites get them. Very money hungry company and trying to monopolize and buy as many FBOs across the nation as possible. That’s why the low pay. Way too much drama with many two faced people. Extremely hot in the summer. Extremely cold in the winter and extremely wet while you have to work in the rain. You have connect a fuel nozzle to jet fuel ports 20 ft up on the wing and it’s connected to 300lbs of hose from the truck while standing on a 12 ft. Ladder about half the time. You have to chalk and un chalk every thing with wheels! The airport police pulls over fuel trucks and does random inspections and runs a check on the drivers per DEA. A&P ‘s are only wanted to sign off grounded aircraft by deferral. No maintenance is really learned.
