      Working at Aviat Network New Zealand office, I found it a great place of active collaboration, people are keen to help you and learning is encouraged. People around you are great at what they are doing which motivates you to keep learning new stuff.

      Cons

      No or little salary increments, less power or delegation of authority in some offices at the top

      - Hands-on experience with different technologies, including 3D printing and thermal testing - Able to have real project ownership as an intern - Exposure to industry-standard software - Opportunity to work on meaningful projects that impacted product quality and reliability - Positive work environment and friendly team members - Very welcoming

      - I'm young and there were few younger people - I didn't have a SOLIDWORKS license to work on 3D printing projects
