They targeted me when new management came in, They held meetings discussing me and talking about me. I was targeted in front of entire staff at a staff meeting. I have a current case against Kasey the regional DON with the Board of Labor. I will be outing a case against this facility for constant bullying throughout her time being there. The higher ups let you get bullied and beat down. Anytime someone has an issue they say there’s nothing that can do. But in an instant tell you they can take your license away from you. They let residents smoke in the parking lot and on daily grounds too. They had a resident break the tile in one of the restrooms from how hard he hit the ground. Multiple residents have gained stage 2 and beyond wounds because of the neglecting of patients. You have a higher team who allows med errors and high ups who put them in as “ corrections “. It’s illegal, administering meds not on time taking another patients narc to give to someone else it’s illegal. I can say more but keeping it for the BOL.
