      You could get OT hours because they're always short staffed due to the high turnover rate.

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid, illegal practices, high turnover rate, incompetent management, no shift differential incentives, unsanitary working conditions, unprofessional staff swearing and fighting in halls in front of patients and visitors.

      Pros

      Gain experience working with a diverse patient population. Perfect Punch Program, an extra $225 per paycheck. Tuition Reimbursement

      Cons

      Short staffed currently, however, this seems to be a "no matter where you work" issue. CNAs do not accur PTO, but are assigned a certain amount of PTO hours per year, based on how long you've been there. So, your first year is limited, as these are assigned after your 90 day period ends and you receive your first performance evaluation.
