      Excellent pay, incredible health insurance, and great workplace culture. Fantastic leadership and a greatly inclusive environment.

      Cons

      Small number of contracted airports limits transfer opportunities, and the nature of contract versus Federal means we're graded harder and receive less Federal benefits. Also, promotion stops at STSO for almost everyone.

      My company offers us the top hourly wages, benefits, and health insurance. Management treats us fairly and respectfully; I could not ask for better.
