Pros
-You can set your own schedule -You can finish your oasis visits in 1hr in the home & chart the rest from home -You have until the next day to get done charting on oasis visits
Cons
-A lot of driving, sometimes sending you to drive an hour away for a visit a long with multiple other visits -so much charting that you have to chart while driving in order to have some work life balance which is extremely dangerous -Full productivity is considered 32 points for RNs and they label start of cares at 2.5 points (2.5 hours) when I’m reality they take 3-4 hours plus driving time & it can be far. -insurance is super expensive
