Pros
Pay is almost competitive but they lowball who ever comes through and this Sr automation position should pay 125K as minimum and they want to start in 85k or 90k and this is a low scale for a Bio tech business. Also micromanaging your employees does not encourage them to have opinions or positively contributing
Cons
Plant Manager & Senior Automation Manager demand allot from resources not providing the proper tools or guidance. Also facility is lacking of equipment follow up in a timely manner with no spare parts and also customers on production side were slow in delivering projects. Plant manager never hears recommendations and says " you are trying to teach me" and also Automation manager Mike M is way over his head treating his subordinates in a disrespectful way not specifying with the plant manager what are the goals or target to be fixed and contractors are lost because the wrong way the phase 1 & Phase 2 investment went very wrong from the beginning. The management lacks hearing their peers and would not invest properly in their capital project fast enough, this leads to breakdowns and lack of parts and Plant manager Micromanages too much his subordinates causing stress and then eventually him blaming others and not himself.
