My 5 years at Avid Demand allowed me to work with excellent enterprise-level B2B clients and develop my skills as a strategist. All of my colleagues had 10+ years experience offering a strong team of digital marketing professionals for each client. Leadership allowed me plenty of autonomy to develop new processes, strategies and develop my career.
Avid Demand has strong client retention. In the 5 years I worked there, I worked on at least 2 client accounts through the entire duration of my tenure. Additionally, I worked alongside the same team throughout my time.
Work/Life balance was excellent. Avid Demand has always been a remote company and the unlimited vacation policy allowed the freedom to make time for vacations and family.
I only left to follow a new direction and career path. My time at Avid Demand was enjoyable, providing me inspiration to continue learning and growing.
