Pros
The management at Avid treats employees well. They encourage a strong work/life balance and are understanding and flexible when needed.
I see a great potential for growth with Avid and look forward to being a part of it. I enjoy my job and get along well with the people I work with.
Cons
Like a lot of small companies, the benefits could be improved.
