Isolating Lots of travel CRM is slow and can feel clunky

Amazing team, leaders who truly support and care about you (and don't micro-manage), lots of opportunities for PD, remote location means great work-life balance and flexibility (WFH works for me but may not suit everyone)

KPI expectations are realistic but can inherently contribute to burnout as a practitioner and feeling as though you can never have an 'off' day per say - though this isn't specific to the organisation and is more so a con of the industry.
