Pros
Some colleagues were genuinely friendly and supportive. There are opportunities to travel, which can be a valuable experience depending on your role. The investor that owns the company is highly supportive of ESG initiatives - unfortunately, that doesn’t always translate into how the company operates internally.
Cons
Micromanagement, lack of trust, and a culture driven by fear. No real commitment to ESG or employee wellbeing. Leadership often dismisses input and shows little transparency. I was let go after just four months (after relocating from the UK to Portugal for this role) and felt pressured into signing a “mutual” agreement that did not reflect my perspective - it felt manipulative and left me without a proper voice. Very poor onboarding and support, with high turnover and low morale across teams.
