Pros

- Good salary; - Company pays for accomodation and most expenses, including medical expenses at the operating base; - Quality uniform; - Office people are always helpful and answer e-mails quickly and efficiently - Good airline to start your aviation career with - The company will provide unpaid leaves, in case one needs to stay off work for a while for some reason.

Cons

- Lack of cabin crew standards (hiring unqualified people who have no regard for grooming standards); - Cabin crew contracts /agreements are from a Tax Haven country (Malta, Seychelles, etc) - People who constantly e-mail Crewing Dep. and ask to operate in a certain base always get what they want, basically the more annoying you are, the more you will get; - Cabin crew are called from Off Days to operate urgent flights and are not compensated financially if they accept. The payment remains the same.

Pros

One of the main advantages of working for an ACMI airline like Avion Express is the exposure to different operational environments. You operate in multiple countries, airports, airspace structures, and weather conditions, which builds strong adaptability and situational awareness. It also provides experience working with different customers and multicultural crews, which improves communication and CRM skills. In addition, ACMI operations usually offer high aircraft utilization, so pilots gain valuable operational experience in a relatively short time.

Cons

he main challenges are the frequent changes in base, irregular schedules, and being away from home for extended periods. Operations can be very dynamic, requiring quick adaptation to new procedures, airports, and operational requirements. It can also be more demanding from a fatigue-management and personal-life balance perspective.
